The End-to-End UX Process serves as the backbone of every UX Strategy. It comprehensively outlines each consecutive step, spanning from Discovery to Delivery, for any product. While it does not need to be applied in its entirety, understanding the logical outcomes of each step provides valuable insights into the big picture.
I have created this series of videos for my team and stakeholders, to illustrate each phase in this process.

Process Overview

I always split my process in four main phases: Discover, Define, Design and Deliver. During the first two phases my team and I learn everything we need to know about our Product and User.
The last two phases will be the ones where we build the product based on what we have learned in the first two phases.
1. Discover
The objective of the Discovery phase is to identify business requirements, establishing ‘What’ needs to be built. These requirements are then tested and evaluated against customer needs to determine ‘How’ to built it effectively.
2. Define
Once we have all the findings from the previous phase, it's time to start making strategic choices. Define is the phase where we make an informed decision about the direction we want to follow.
3. Design
Building the product should always start after we have completed the first two phases. Quick prototyping and early testing are crucial for this phase.
4. Deliver
This is the last but not least leg of the process. Here is where we make sure that the Design Language is documented and applied and all components of the product, including collateral materials, are ready to be delivered. This is also the place to decide what metrics we want to use to measure our success.
